Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept VISA, Master, AMEX, etc.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 4 p.m., and check-out is at 11 a.m.

Are there many restaurants serving dinner in Miyajima?

No, unfortunately. Many restaurants close before 5 p.m. in the evening.

Are there non-smoking rooms in the hotel?

Yes, our entire hotel is non-smoking, except for the designated smoking area.

I have certain dietary restrictions. Is it possible to have my meals prepared without these foods?

Yes, please let us know in advance.

I have never eaten a Kaiseki dinner before. Is there any special etiquette?

No, there isn't, but we ask that our guests refrain from wearing strong perfumes so that everyone may fully enjoy the experience of a traditional Japanese dinner.

Can I bring a pet?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation notice must be made by 4 days prior to your arrival date. Otherwise, 30% of room rate will be charged for cancellation in 2 and 3 days before. 50% the day before and 100% will be charged on the day of your stay or no-show.

Is there Internet access?

Yes, all guest rooms are provided with Internet access. Wi-fi is also available upon request.

Do any of the staff speak a foreign language?

Yes, we have employees who can speak English and German.

Is there a safety box in the room?

Unfortunately, no, but please feel free to deposit your valuables in the safety deposit box at the front desk.
